Who we are
Carnival Development Fund (CDeF) is the corporate outreach arm
for American carnival organizing bodies.
CDeF membership consists of five (6) cities:
The various Caribbean organizers have produced a Mardi Gras typeevent in their respective cities since 1981. The organizing bodies
consist of elected officials which are representatives of the diverse
communities that they serve.
